ChatGPT-Based Tools in Learning and Teaching

With the growing popularity of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and engineering, there is an increasing need to adopt new methods, techniques, and knowledge that can be used in various fields. This presents a unique challenge to all participants in formal education who must decide how to treat tools that significantly change the traditional way of learning and working. Even those who have completed their formal education are not immune to the changes brought about by artificial intelligence techniques.

How can we cope with ChatGPT-based tools? How can we use these tools for learning and in our professional endeavors? What are the initial indicators globally and locally? Is it ethical to use AI-based tools for tasks such as programming? We will attempt to address these and other questions through this lecture.
