Mirna Marković is a Data Scientist at the Data analytics team in Porsche Digital Croatia. Her mission is to get meaningful insights from the data collected within the Porsche vehicles and to improve projects and products by using the collected information.
She has a masters degree in mathematics and computer science. She was working four years as a software developer, but then decided to switch into the data world. Firstly she joined Infinum at the position of a Data Analyst and a year ago she became a part of the PDC Analytics team at her current position.

Going back to basics – data-driven engineering in Porsche
There is a famous saying: Get the fundamentals down and the level of everything you do will rise. We are in the age of AI and Machine Learning, we are applying advanced algorithms and methods on complex problems from different fields. However, we are sometimes forgetting what are the fundamentals and what are the approaches which bring us long-term quality and results. In this keynote speech, we will cover the two concepts which we are trying to establish in Porsche data-driven engineering projects: quality and connections, and how they affect us on human and technical level.
