Marko Gulan, Independent Expert
Marko has over 15 years of experience in the local and regional ICT market, focused on enhancing cybersecurity. He is an active member of relevant professional associations, which provides him with insights into the latest trends and practices in the industry. Marko has been working in the field of security for a little over 8 years, with a particular focus on critical infrastructure security and OT environments for the past six years. As the Regional
Jakov Kiš, NCERT
Jakov Kiš is a data analytics specialist in the Cybersecurity Analytics Department within the National CERT Sector. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb. He has been working at CARNET since 2019 and joined the National CERT Sector two years later. Since he graduated with a focus on National Security, he decided to join the National CERT team to work in this newer and more dynamic area of security. As part of his job, he is involved in raising awareness and knowledge about cybersecurity, creating educational materials, leading training sessions, and participating in various national and international collaborations.
Damir Pavušin, Axians,

expert professionals. As a board member of the CroAI association, Damir will be sharing his
extensive experience and insights on the latest cybersecurity trends, as well as the growing
impact of AI across the entire ecosystem.

Bojan Alikavazović, Infigo IS
Bojan works as a Principal Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist at Infigo IS. He is involved in providing services and developing daily operations within the security operations center, which includes intelligence activities, support for cyber incidents, malware analysis, breach analytics, and similar tasks. Throughout his years of work with clients in Croatia and abroad, he has performed tasks in the fields of reverse engineering, security analysis of computer networks and industrial control systems, penetration testing in banking and other business environments, handling and leading the most significant cyber incidents in Croatia, organizing and conducting Cyber Threat Hunting campaigns, and integrating technologies for breach detection and prevention.
Tomislav Vazdar, Riskoria
Tomislav (Tom) Vazdar is a cybersecurity and artificial intelligence expert, and the founder and CEO of Riskoria Advising & Professional Services LLC, specializing in data protection, risk management, and AI integration into business processes. His extensive experience includes developing security compliance strategies and managing information systems on a global scale. He also leads the MSc program in Enterprise Cybersecurity at the Open Institute of Technology (OPIT) and serves as a mentor and lecturer at MindStudio Academy. In addition to his academic role, Tomislav is a board member of the nonprofit organization Disaster Tech Lab, where he advises on the application of AI and cybersecurity in crisis situations. He is currently pursuing a PhD focused on cybersecurity culture within organizations, further enhancing his expertise in these fields.
