Goran Klepac, Ph.D., Assoc Prof., director of big data analytic, Croatian Telecom, earned his Ph.D. in Faculty of organisation and informatics in domain of temporal data mining with novel method for time series analysis.
He is an author of more than 60 scientific works which includes books, books chapters, scientific journal articles in domain of AI and data science, data mining with publishers like: Springer, Morgan Kaufman, Elsevier, CRC- press, IGI – global, indexed in scientific databases (Scopus, Current Content CC, BKCI-S). He is one of patent holder : Automated Hyperspectral Image Clustering Using Multilevel Quantum Differential Evolution on Quantum Hardware.
During his career he worked, and still works as manager and consultant responsible for complex analytical solutions in area of customer experience/satisfaction evaluation, fraud detection models, churn models, credit risk models. Recommendation systems, early warning systems, loyalty models, text mining solutions, social network analytical models in banking, insurance, retail, telecommunication, car industry.
On Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, Algebra University College, Faculty of Information studies Novo Mesto, Slovenia, he lectures subjects in domain of AI, Quantitative analytical methods in business, Big data analytics, Data science, Decision support systems, evolutive computing, text mining analytics.
